Personalized Pilates sessions are the ultimate way to practice Pilates. The experienced instructors at Pilates and You will craft a Pilates workout just for you based on your needs and goals. These sessions are highly recommended for first time clients and those who want to experience the full benefits of the Pilates method.
Equipment Class
In this class you’ll utilize a variety of original Pilates equipment. Each class may use the reformer, the tower unit, the jumpboard, the ladder barrel, the Wunda chair, the electric (high) chair, magic circles or any other of the variety of classical Pilates equipment we have. This class is limited to 5 clients, and the choice of equipment will be based on who’s in class.
Tower Class
A resistance based total body workout designed to build strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility. The Tower Unit combines elements of the Cadillac and Mat, allowing for countless exercises and variations. This class is limited to 5 clients.
Reformer Class
A class limited to 4 clients, this full body workout will be held on the iconic piece of Pilates equipment—the universal reformer. This unique piece of equipment provides resistance and assistance with 4 weighted springs. You will lengthen and strengthen your muscles without creating bulk.
Mat Class
A complete body weight workout, most movements re non-impact and non-weight bearing. You will work every muscle in your body, focusing on movement originating from the center or “core” of your body.
Express Mat Class
Prepare to sweat! We know you’re busy, and this fast paced Pilates mat class is designed to provide a full body workout in just a half an hour. You’ll still get the benefits of a full Mat Class—just in less time.
