What is Pilates?

Pilates is a full body, resistance based training program. We use springs and body weight exercises to develop a strong core and condition the whole body.

Classical Pilates is a low-impact workout that can be tailored to your individual needs. Regardless of your age, fitness level, physical limitations or any other factors, you can do Pilates.

We recommend starting with private sessions, even if you’ve done Pilates before. We’ll work with you to learn about your unique goals, and make sure that you have a safe and effective workout.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps and zippers. Florida law requires that socks be worn, and we suggest sticky bottom socks to avoid slipping.

What if I need to cancel?

We have a 24 hour cancellation requirement for any private sessions, and a 12 hour cancellation for our group classes. This allows us to try and fill your spot. Your sessions are always transferable, so you can always send a friend to avoid a cancellation penalty!

Where is the Pilates and You studio?

Pilates is conveniently located in the Shoppes at Woolbright, on the corner of Jog Road and Woolbright Avenue. We are around the corner from Publix.
